In Jamaica, breadfruit is one of our favorite, whether it is roasted, boiled or roasted/fried. Goes very well with most of our favorite sides such as curried or brownstew chicken or especially our national dish which is ackee and saltfish. In this video, I tried it with sprat fish! Jamaicans love sprat fish, especially when it comes on to any form of family or friend gathering, a small link up or on a holiday.
