Dangerous Cities: Kabul - Poverty, Gangs and the Taliban | Free Documentary
Dangerous Cities: Kabul - Poverty, Gangs And The Taliban | Free Documentary Dangerous Cities - Lagos: https://youtu.be/PO_MGSjhVMs Kabul is a city like no other. The population has grown from 600,000 to 6 million in only twenty years. As the city explodes, houses are being built at higher and higher altitudes, whilst refugee camps extend over kilometres. The city is home to Tajiks, Pashtuns, Chinese, Indians, Sikhs, Mongolians, Greeks, Indo-Iranians and more. Although diversity is rising, social cohesion is poor. Business, traffic, corruption, drugs, attacks, poverty, war and violence are all present. The influx of refugees and the lack of work is pushing the population towards crime. The cultivation of opium is on the rise. It is a failure for the Western armed forces stationed in the country, where there have never been so many hectares dedicated to producing opium, now over 3 million. The black market of drugs and related criminal activity represents around 52% of the country’s GNP. Today, over ten years since the Westerners first arrived, nothing has changed. Everything is getting worse for the inhabitants as violence, rape, poverty, corruption and abductions remain rife. The Taliban are at the gates of the capital and are waiting for the right moment to take the city. They are increasing their attacks while they wait. Kabul is a city living on borrowed time. #FreeDocumentary #Documentary #kabul ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Subscribe to Free Documentary Channel for free: https://bit.ly/2YJ4XzQ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Free Documentary is dedicated to bringing high-quality documentaries to you on YouTube for free with the latest camera equipment used by well-known filmmakers working for famous production studios. Flight Attendant Moves Black Girl To Last Row — Then Learns Her Dad Is The Airline CEO
This video tells the story of Jasmine Williams, a 17-year-old Black girl who experiences discrimination when Morgan Bennett, a senior flight attendant, refuses to honor her valid first-class ticket on a Pinnacle Airways flight. Despite having proper documentation, Jasmine is forced to move to the back of the plane because she doesn't fit Morgan's idea of a ""typical"" first-class passenger. What Morgan doesn't know is that Jasmine is the daughter of Jackson Williams, the CEO and founder of Pinnacle Airways. When Jackson learns about the incident, he takes immediate action - not just firing Morgan, but implementing a company-wide initiative named after his daughter to address systemic bias within the airline. The story follows multiple perspectives: Jasmine's experience of discrimination, Jackson's response as both a father and CEO, Morgan's journey of accountability, and the broader transformation of Pinnacle Airways' corporate culture. The narrative examines how a single incident of discrimination can lead to meaningful institutional change. Key moments: - Jasmine is denied her rightful first-class seat despite having valid documentation - Morgan Bennett relocates Jasmine to seat 47E in the very back of the plane - Jasmine texts her father about what happened - Jackson Williams flies to London to meet his daughter and address the situation - Morgan Bennett is terminated immediately upon landing - Jackson announces the Jasmine Initiative, a $25 million program to transform the airline's approach to diversity and inclusion - Jasmine develops an Architecture of Opportunity scholarship program for underrepresented students - Morgan Bennett begins a journey of personal growth and accountability - One year later, Jasmine returns to the same flight, witnessing the positive changes her experience inspired This story examines themes of bias, privilege, institutional change, accountability, and the power of transforming personal injustice into broader social impact. #discrimination #corporatebias #systemicchange #diversity #inclusion #airlineIndustry #unconsciousbias #transformationalLeadership #accountability #justice #dignityinitiative"
