A devastating freeze recently hit South Florida, destroying hundreds of young mango trees on a 7-acre tropical fruit farm in Loxahatchee, Florida. In this episode of Fruitful Trees, we visit a farm that lost nearly all of its newly planted mango trees when temperatures dropped to around 26°F. The farm owner explains what happened, what they tried to do to protect the trees, and what they learned from the experience.
