How to Unlock Your Full Potential with #1 Professor Adam Grant
In today’s episode, you’re going to learn why you’re more capable than you think, what’s keeping you stuck, and the science-backed tools to unlock your full potential.
Here to show you how to get more out of your life, your work, and your relationships is Adam Grant – a #1 New York Times bestselling author, renowned organizational psychologist, and one of Mel’s favorite thinkers.
Adam Grant is one of the world’s leading experts on motivation, human potential, and the science of success. He is a professor at the Wharton School of Business and the author of six #1 New York Times bestsellers.
In this conversation, Adam will prove to you that your potential is not determined by where you are today, but by how much you are capable of growing.

Adam breaks down the science of what helps people grow, make better decisions, build confidence, and create meaningful connections with others.
He also shares fascinating new research on why some relationships feel effortless, how to strengthen your friendships, and the simple habits that help you connect with people on a deeper level.
And even if you’ve read Adam’s books, Mel and Adam explore surprising new research and practical strategies that will change how you think about yourself and the people in your life.
In this episode, you’ll learn how to:
- Stop overthinking and make better decisions
