We started the day at the track getting our workout on with the boys joining along in their own way 😂. After all that exercise, jerk chicken was definitely necessary, and safe to say they enjoyed every bite! Then it was back home for one of those simple afternoons we honestly appreciate more and more. Junelle finally got to meet Isaiah, whose godfather is her husband, Donald Lyle’s, and we spent the rest of the day talking, laughing, catching up and just relaxing. There’s something special about friendships where you don’t need elaborate plans or somewhere fancy to go. The Apennine chamois are an ancient species, but today, they are under serious threat.
