Late night trade framework deal reached with China in London, Secretary Lutnick talks to reporters
he US and China have agreed in principle to a framework for deescalating trade tensions by implementing the consensus they reached in Geneva, negotiators for both sides said. “We have reached a framework to implement the Geneva consensus,” US Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick told reporters in London. Discover more about Lillehammer 2016: http://www.olympic.org/lillehammer-2016-youth-olympics Taco stuffed sweet potato recipe: 4 large sweet potatoes 1 tbsp oil 1 small onion, finely diced 1 red bell pepper, finely diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp taco seasoning 1⁄2 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained 1⁄2 corn 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded Scrub sweet potatoes with a vegetable brush. Prick sweet potatoes all over with a fork. Place them in the microwave for approximately 10 minutes or bake them until they are tender enough to pierce with a fork. Allow them to cool slightly. In a large skillet heat oil over medium high heat. Add onion and red pepper and sauté until they begin to soften. Add garlic and taco seasoning and cook for an additional 30 seconds or until they become fragrant. Add black beans and corn and cook until all of the ingredients are heated through. Preheat oven to 375°F/190°C. Place sweet potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Slice sweet potato down the centre and squeeze to create an opening. Spoon the black bean mixture into the center. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
