Pacific Northwest | 20 Wild Places Worth the Road Trip | Travel Documentary 4K
Pacific Northwest travel documentary in 4K covering 20 wild destinations across Washington, Oregon, British Columbia, and Northern California — a cinematic road trip through volcanic peaks, ancient rainforests, and rugged coastlines that shows exactly why Pacific Northwest travel draws adventurers from around the world. This documentary captures the full scale of the region, moving through national parks, remote wilderness areas, and iconic cities that define the Pacific Northwest landscape. Hit that subscribe button — it's completely free and really motivates me to create more content: https://www.youtube.com/@PathfindersTravel-YT?sub_confirmation=1 The journey opens at Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument, where the 1980 eruption reshaped an entire mountain and left behind a landscape that continues to regenerate in dramatic fashion. Mount Rainier National Park follows, its glaciated summit rising above wildflower meadows and old-growth forest, offering some of the most rewarding alpine terrain in the Pacific Northwest. Olympic National Park delivers genuine ecological variety, cycling through temperate rainforest, rocky coastline, and mountain ridgelines across a single protected area. Crater Lake National Park anchors the Oregon section, its deep-blue caldera lake formed by a collapsed volcano making it one of the most geologically compelling sites on the continent. North Cascades National Park brings glacier-carved valleys and sharp ridgelines to the Washington Cascades, while the Columbia River Gorge cuts a dramatic path between Oregon and Washington, lined with waterfalls and basalt cliffs. Seattle provides the urban counterpoint, with its waterfront, forest parks, and views across Puget Sound giving the city a distinct Pacific Northwest character. Portland rounds out the city stops, offering access to Forest Park, the Columbia River Gorge, and Mount Hood, whose summit towers above the city's eastern horizon. The San Juan Islands, Lake Chelan, Vancouver, Whistler, Oregon Coast, Deception Pass State Park, and Garibaldi Provincial Park each add distinct terrain to this Pacific Northwest road trip, covering everything from sea-level ferry routes to high-alpine trails. 📍 Chapters: 00:01 Welcome to Pacific Northwest 02:30 Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument 05:21 Mount Rainier National Park 08:46 Olympic National Park 12:35 Crater Lake National Park 15:09 North Cascades National Park 17:47 Alpine Lakes Wilderness 21:27 Columbia River Gorge 24:53 Seattle 27:52 Vancouver 30:25 Whistler 33:22 Snoqualmie Region 35:59 Deception Pass State Park 38:57 Oregon Coast 41:36 Mount Hood 44:00 Three Sisters Wilderness 46:22 Portland 49:00 Garibaldi Provincial Park 51:41 Lassen Volcanic National Park 54:42 Mount Shasta Region 57:03 Lake Chelan 59:30 San Juan Islands 🎬 Watch Next: • Wonders of Washington | The Most Amazing Places in the Pacific Northwest | Travel Documentary 4K: https://youtu.be/uPVvU5veIas • Wonders of Australia | The Most Amazing Places in Australia | Travel Documentary 4K: https://youtu.be/M-914uAcwy8 • Wonders of Scandinavia | Scandinavia's Hidden Paradises | Travel Documentary 4K: https://youtu.be/knbAHxsVOMk 🌍 https://pathfinders-travel.com #PathfindersTravel #PacificNorthwest #OlympicNationalPark #PacificNorthwestTravel

JAMAICA WITH IRIE
Inside the most REMOTE communities in JAMAICA.
Cockpit Country is an interior region in west-central Jamaica, which is home to the largest wet limestone forest reserve on the island. Its iconic landscape is the result of many conical hills separated by bowl-shaped depressions, known as the "cockpits". Its terrain is so difficult to traverse that it has remained one of the most untouched and biologically diverse wild nature spots in the Caribbean. It’s a biodiversity ‘hotspot’ for plants and bird species and it plays the most crucial role in Jamaica’s ecosystem. ...And then the eye of Category 5 Hurricane Melissa went right over this forest on the 28th of October 2025. So, how much of it survived? What was it like on the ground here right after the storm, and how is the recovery going now? This unique footage was filmed within the first 2 weeks after the hurricane. 🔴 SUPPORT OUR PROJECT ► Support on Patreon https://www.patreon.com/jamaicawithirie ► Send one-time contribution (contact me directly) jamaicawithirie@gmail.com 🔴 SPECIAL THANKS TO OUR MOBILITY PARTNERS: ► Toyota Jamaica https://toyotajamaica.com/ ► Total Energies https://totalenergies.com.jm/ 🔴 ABOUT JAMAICA RISING. LION VS HYENA | Battle for Survival | MEGA EPISODE | Wildlife Documentary From the burning plains of the Serengeti to a land that is its complete opposite dense, dripping, stacked in tiers of altitude, this is Colombia, one of the most crowded wild places on Earth. Here, almost nothing hunts in the open. A shadow melts into the leaves. A log breathes. A color becomes a warning. Follow a single thread of water from the ice of the Andes down to the Caribbean Sea, and meet the hunters it connects along the way: the patient puma of the high peaks, the bone-crushing harpy eagle of the canopy, the golden poison frog that steals its venom from a beetle, the heat-sensing anaconda of the flooded llanos, the jaguar at the water's edge, and the giant otters that fight back as a family. By the time the river reaches the sea, one surprising truth emerges: the true invisible enemy of this land is no animal at all.
