Wonders of Africa | Is the Real Africa Hidden Inside Its Village Culture? | Travel Documentary
There is a place that looks like a lake but moves like an ocean — ancient, deep, and full of species the world forgot to notice. In this film we slip beneath glassy water to meet cichlids that paint coral-like reefs, trace the shoreline where fishing villages still read tides by memory, and ride a wind that carries stories from the high ridges of Kilimanjaro to the dunes of the Sahara. What begins as an intimate portrait of Lake Tanganyika becomes a bloodline through Africa: the thunder of Victoria Falls, the emerald channels of the Okavango Delta, the silent canyons of Fish River, the desert edge of the Sahara, the ocean gardens of the Bazaruto Archipelago, the cliffside roar of Tugela Falls, the slopes of Mount Meru and Kilimanjaro, the red dust of Tsavo and the spice-scented alleys of Zanzibar, ending with the wind-bent silhouette of Table Mountain. Each scene is a chapter in a continent that refuses to be simple — a geography of extremes and secret ecosystems that challenge everything you thought you knew. This is cinema for the curious: close-up science, slow-motion landscapes, local voices, and a guiding question — why does this inland sea hold so much life? Come for the wonder, stay for the stories that ripple out from one lake to the edges of a continent. #UnseenAfrica #LakeTanganyika #AfricanAdventure #HiddenGems #TravelDocumentary #AdventureTravel

The Endless Flood | Bangladesh: A Nation Drowning | Free Documentary Volcano Boulevard - Ecuador’s Hidden Time Bomb: https://youtu.be/HHNmo21Cvvo By 2050, 30% of Bangladesh will be under water. One in three inhabitants, some 60 million people, are threatened by marine flooding. No other country in the world is so at risk from rising waters. The main culprit: global warming. To the south, in the Ganges delta, the salt water that invades the land has disrupted the entire economy of the region. Many farmers have had to convert their rice paddies into shrimp farms, which are much less profitable. The country is also threatened from within by its gigantic rivers. The melting ice of the Himalayas and heavy monsoon rains are dangerously increasing their flow. Every year, the rivers bursts their banks and tens of thousands of homes are washed away. Every year, nearly 15,000 children drown in the rising waters. Due to all these natural disasters, Dhaka, the capital, is facing a massive influx of climate refugees. Having lost everything, they are looking for odd jobs to survive. Korban Ali became a tricycle driver to transport people. He works 12 hours a day, seven days a week, in the hope of providing a better life for his children. Bangladesh is also battling extreme pollution caused largely by the textile industry. Every day tons of toxic waste are released into nature. Sewage treatment plants empty their tanks loaded with carcinogenic chemicals directly into the rivers. But a new middle and upper class wants to change mentalities. The first model companies are emerging. Jahirul was educated in Australia. Now director of a ship dismantling yard, he has invested 10 million euros to be able to reprocess hazardous waste, such as asbestos, batteries and engine oils. #FreeDocumentary #Documentary #bangladesh #climatechange #socialstudies #socialstructures ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Subscribe Free Documentary Channel for free: https://bit.ly/2YJ4XzQ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Free Documentary is dedicated to bringing high-quality documentaries to you on YouTube for free with the latest camera equipment used by renowned filmmakers working for renowned production studios.
