Super golden! Very easy plantain fritters! One single ripe plantain turn into a full meal. Just follow these simple easy steps. Ingredients I used: ripe plantain, counter flour, baking powder, refined cornmeal, vanilla, salt and sugar. If you want you can add more spices of your liking like nutmeg, cinnamon etc. Fry on medium heat when using gas or electrical stove. I used coal stove which is alot more difficult to control as these fritters can easily burn. Please fulljoy this video guys.
