This Was Not What I Expected… at a Food Festival!

I stepped out for the Table Talk Food Awards with Nation’s Choice, and let me tell you—it was such a vibe! As a working mama, it felt so good to get dressed up, socialize, and be in the mix again, even if it completely wiped me out 😂
The next day? Whew. Swollen feet, sciatic pain flaring up, pelvis screaming—like, full carnival aftermath vibes without the wining 😩 But all in all, it was such a fun and fulfilling night, and I’m so grateful for these moments.
Also, quick life update: I know we haven’t been posting as much lately—so much has been going on, and I’ve been slowing down physically, just trying to manage it all. But I appreciate you being here, riding this journey with me.
Also! Sending a BIG shoutout and good luck to all the athletes competing at the Jamaica National Trials 🇯🇲
Jamaica is filled with so much talent, and we’re out here cheering for every single one of you. Rooting hard from the sidelines—always!
