The Men Around Hitler: Heroes, Fanatics and Opportunists
This documentary explores the men who stood closest to Adolf Hitler and helped shape the fate of the Third Reich. Behind the image of a single dictator stood a network of ambitious loyalists, rivals, and ideologues whose decisions would plunge Europe into catastrophe. This documentary examines the personalities, ambitions, and rivalries within Hitler’s inner circle, from devoted followers to opportunists driven by power and ideology. Through archival footage and expert analysis, it reveals how these men competed for influence, enabled radical policies, and became entangled in one of history’s most destructive regimes. As the war turned against Nazi Germany, loyalty was tested and fractures emerged. The film shows how personal ambition, fear, and fanaticism shaped both the rise and the collapse of the Third Reich and how responsibility for its crimes extended far beyond one man. https://youtu.be/Id98FUOv5uI - The Making of Nazi Ideology: Hitler, Hate, and the Weimar Republic (1923–1928) -- Welcome to the official Get.factual youtube channel! 🌍 We are a documentary streaming channel covering history, science, technology, and nature. The Lions Rule - The Roar of War | 4K Nature Documentary
Filmed over eight years in one of Africa’s most remote wildernesses, The Lions Rule is a gripping natural drama of power, betrayal, and coming of age, played out in Tanzania’s vast Ruaha National Park. Ruaha is a land few humans ever see. Here, immense herds of prey sustain one of the world’s last great lion populations. And at the heart of it all lies a strange, charmed place: the Glade, a permanent oasis where water never runs dry… and where destiny binds three rival lion families. 👉 Check out our Patreon Page here: https://www.patreon.com/cw/TerraMater 📺 Check out our "Lions Rule" playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLZ3CjNbCdQe_Np3_UPljYd8fkLf48ztNw EPISODE 1: Death in the Glade At the height of the dry season, the Glade is a paradise in a desiccated world. Its abundance creates the impossible: baboons and lions living side by side in an uneasy truce. But peace is fragile. When thousands of buffalo arrive to drink, everything changes. The small Glade pride abandons their sacred home to protect their cubs, leaving the oasis forbidden — even in their absence. But temptation proves too strong. The mighty Baobab pride, the largest in Ruaha, enters the Glade to hunt. Their move ignites the fury of the Njaa, ruthless nomads who follow the buffalo and claim the herd as their own. What follows is an explosive clash of lioness politics, territorial ambition, and ancient grudges. Before the day is over, forbidden ground will run red, brutal retribution will be delivered — and the arrival of male lions will change everything. 📽️ Facts Title: "The Lions Rule" Produced and directed by Owen Prümm Executive producers Susanne Lummer, Sabine Holzer Production companies Produced by Terra Mater Factual Studios in co-production with National Geographic Channel and Doclights/NDR Naturfilm in association with ARTE France / Unité Découverte et Connaissance and Shibumi Films 🔗 More about the production: https://www.terramater.at/productions/the-lions-rule/ Chapters: 00:00 Teaser 02:18 documentary starts 02:36 Check out our Patreon! 06:00 introduction of the pride 11:30 the buffalo hunt begins 27:34 monkey observes dying impala 30:51 huge buffalo herd 32:00 lions hunting buffalos again 36:42 lionesses on alert 39:45 lion prides start fighting 43:19 injured lioness fighting for her life 54:42 injured lioness 47:15 Check out our Patreon! 50:30 Outro and credits #TerraMater #wildlifedocumentary #LionsRule #lioness #lionesses #AfricanWildlife #AnimalBehavior #NatureVideo #Educational #Lion pride #Ruaha National Park #Tanzania wildlife #Lionpridewar #Big cats Africa #lioncubs

Historic South Florida Freeze Damage | What Really Happens to Tropical Fruit Trees
South Florida just experienced one of the coldest freezes in decades, and the real damage to tropical fruit trees is only beginning to show. In this video, we visit Xains’s World Nursery to document firsthand freeze damage to mango trees, bananas, jackfruit, garcinia, sapote, and other tropical and ultra-tropical fruit trees. We break down what actually happens after a freeze, why damage often takes 10–14 days to appear, and which protection methods helped — and which ones failed. From frost cloth and wind protection to hot compost mulch, greenhouse heating, and bringing plants indoors, this video is a real-world case study for growers across Florida and other marginal tropical zones. If you grow fruit trees in South Florida, Central Florida, or anywhere that experiences unexpected cold snaps, this video will help you understand: • How cold damage really works • Why frost can be worse than wind • What NOT to prune after a freeze • How bananas, mangoes, and papayas respond to cold • When fruit will drop — and when it might survive • Why patience after a freeze is critical This is real documentation, not theory — filmed during an active cold event. 👉 Subscribe to Fruitful Trees for real-world fruit growing, orchard tours, freeze prep, and tropical fruit education. 👉 Share this video with anyone growing fruit trees who needs to understand freeze damage. Dangerous Cities: Kabul - Poverty, Gangs And The Taliban | Free Documentary Dangerous Cities - Lagos: https://youtu.be/PO_MGSjhVMs Kabul is a city like no other. The population has grown from 600,000 to 6 million in only twenty years. As the city explodes, houses are being built at higher and higher altitudes, whilst refugee camps extend over kilometres. The city is home to Tajiks, Pashtuns, Chinese, Indians, Sikhs, Mongolians, Greeks, Indo-Iranians and more. Although diversity is rising, social cohesion is poor. Business, traffic, corruption, drugs, attacks, poverty, war and violence are all present. The influx of refugees and the lack of work is pushing the population towards crime. The cultivation of opium is on the rise. It is a failure for the Western armed forces stationed in the country, where there have never been so many hectares dedicated to producing opium, now over 3 million. The black market of drugs and related criminal activity represents around 52% of the country’s GNP. Today, over ten years since the Westerners first arrived, nothing has changed. Everything is getting worse for the inhabitants as violence, rape, poverty, corruption and abductions remain rife. The Taliban are at the gates of the capital and are waiting for the right moment to take the city. They are increasing their attacks while they wait. Kabul is a city living on borrowed time. #FreeDocumentary #Documentary #kabul ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Subscribe to Free Documentary Channel for free: https://bit.ly/2YJ4XzQ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Free Documentary is dedicated to bringing high-quality documentaries to you on YouTube for free with the latest camera equipment used by well-known filmmakers working for famous production studios.
