JOURNEY THROUGH COLOMBIA - A Land of Color and One of the Most Vibrant Cultures | Travel Video
#exploretravel #travelvideo #vibrantculture Colombia isn’t the kind of destination you simply visit — it’s a place that pulls you deeper the more you explore. This video reveals a fresh perspective on places to visit in Colombia, where every scene feels alive, not just visually stunning but emotionally immersive. You may begin in sunlit colonial streets, where history lingers in every detail. But within a short journey, everything shifts — dense jungles meeting the sea, mist-covered valleys hidden in the Andes, or surreal landscapes that feel almost otherworldly. Travel Colombia is not about following a predictable route; it’s about constant change, where each stop reshapes your sense of place. The most fascinating places to visit in Colombia go beyond scenery. They carry a unique energy — music echoing through the streets, vibrant colors in everyday life, and a rhythm that invites you to step in rather than just observe. It’s this atmosphere that turns a simple trip into something far more memorable. What makes travel Colombia truly different is the feeling of moving through multiple worlds in one journey. And somewhere along the way, there might be a moment that makes you pause… and start imagining your own adventure here. 00:00 Intro 01:35 Cartagena – Colonial City by the Sea 05:16 Tayrona National Park – Jungle Meets Caribbean Coast 08:43 San Andrés and Providencia Islands – Sea of Seven Colors 12:54 Guatapé – Colorful Town and Giant Rock 15:33 Quindío – Heart of Coffee Culture 18:55 The Cocora Valley – Valley of Giant Palm Trees 21:25 Tatacoa Desert – Surreal Red and Grey Desert 24:47 Caño Cristales – River of Five Colors 28:37 Outro CODE SOUNDSTRIPE MUSIC: ISDHN5BFEQHQQY0J, SSFGZH5ECUXXF9AA, 3S51O4NUM53NYNZF, OVAX1XUCXRRLMRXD, Z8XEU4WK5BAYRKAH, P8OZISMKNDJRV1XS, EGJSQYSAXTVWBYGB, BIWCVQPGSPTFN41I, O7WJIAEMHZPQ6DAQ, VZYMDNBP1CRMGKL1, DDWJPLZKB3OZ5GHA, VLKNUDAABECOCPRF, 2IY2OV6H5BSHFM0K, LWKHVNBFKQVQXLDY, YR1GBJM6STD40DIJ, 0XQAACSYY2BEB5M8, JXWTWGIVY6KFLQNE, 0MIX1UG0WAJ1DQYT, BEW1FI3JA3R5N8UC, WAXIS1XVG4HGTSJT, 502OB4GOLYB9DOSG, Z6VFUVAOGJLVVDE9

No One Noticed This Lost Fort in Jamaica
#JamaicanHistory #PortmoreJamaica #FortClarence #OneLoveJamaica #hiddenhistory #Jamaica We went on a trek to find Fort Clarence — one of Jamaica's most overlooked colonial fortifications, hidden in plain sight in Portmore, St. Catherine. What we discovered was more than just crumbling masonry. It was a story about power, protection, and the forgotten history beneath the feet of one of Jamaica's most populated communities. Built in 1782 by a man named David Small, Fort Small — as it was originally known — was strategically positioned to guard the bay between Port Henderson and the Hellshire Hills. Designed to mount eight 24-pounder guns and one ten-inch mortar, this fortification was Britain's answer to a Caribbean under siege. France and Spain were pressing in on every side, and Jamaica — the crown jewel of Britain's colonial empire — could not afford to fall. Extensively repaired in 1790 and formally listed among Jamaica's island forts by 1799, the fort was renamed Fort Clarence — in honour of Prince William Henry, Duke of Clarence, a Royal Navy officer who had sailed these very waters and would later become King William IV of England. A small fort. A royal name. A story most Jamaicans have never heard. In this video we also explore the Great Salt Pond of Portmore — a remarkable brackish water ecosystem that has quietly sustained wildlife and coastal life for centuries. Home to the protected American Crocodile, migratory birds, and mangrove nurseries, the salt pond is as much a part of Portmore's identity as any road or building. Together, Fort Clarence and the Great Salt Pond reveal something profound: Portmore is not just a modern bedroom community. It is a place shaped by centuries of military strategy, ecological importance, and colonial history that has never been fully told. This is that story. Thank you for watching this video.
