Follow the Hunter! Meet the Caracal! 🐈 Namibias Stealthy Desert Hunter with Perfect Hearing!
🌍 Discover the Majestic Caracal: Africa's Stealthy Predator 🐾 Step into the realm of the savannas, deserts, and forests of Africa where the medium-size wildcat known as the caracal reigns supreme. With its striking tawny or reddish-gold coat adorned by a regal white chin, throat, and underside, the caracal embodies elegance in the animal kingdom. But what truly sets the caracal apart are its distinctive crown-like ears. Towering above its head, these ears, tipped with black and tufted, are not just for show. Housing over 20 muscles each, they swivel like satellite dishes, finely attuned to the faintest sounds of prey. Watch in awe as these powerful hunters unleash their prowess. With camouflaged coats and silent footfalls, caracals are unparalleled stalkers of the African plains. From birds to rodents, mongoose to small monkeys, they are opportunistic predators, capable of leaping up to 10 feet high to snatch birds mid-flight with their formidable claws. Litters, typically consisting of three kittens. But these magnificent creatures also face conservation challenges. While not declining in most areas, habitat destruction and retaliation killings threaten their populations. Legal protections offer some respite, yet conflicts with human interests persist. Through education and awareness, we can ensure the continued existence of the caracal, a symbol of Africa's untamed beauty and resilience in the face of adversity. Join us in celebrating the enigmatic grace of the caracal, a true marvel of the wild. 🌿🐾 #caracal #terramater #naturedocumentaries #terramatters #animal #wildlife #didyouknow #wildlifedocumentary #nature #animalfacts #hunting #africa #namibia #desert #cat #bigcat

Most Powerful Forces on Earth: Heatwaves | Fatal Forecast | Free Documentary
Fatal Forecast: Heatwaves - Deadly Forces of Nature | Disaster Documentary Fatal Forecast: Tornados - Deadly Forces of Nature: https://youtu.be/dKQm2RNpliU In the 21st century, Planet Earth has been heating up, significantly, year after year. When it comes to the hottest temperature ever recorded, 2019 broke records across the globe while 2020 shattered them. What was once a naturally occurring seasonal event is now being attributed to the increase of carbon emissions that is wearing away at the Earth’s fragile atmosphere. Unless the current trends are reversed, humanity is on a collision course to make more regions of the world uninhabitable, where boiling temperatures could be the new normal. It’s all due to one of the deadliest weather events ever known: the Heat Wave. One of the hardest heatwave events struck Europe in 2003 with a death toll of about 70 000. The heatwave was especially hard in France, silently taking lives, putting stress on the healthcare services, and causing city infrastructure as well as agriculture in the rural areas. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Subscribe Free Documentary Channel for free: https://bit.ly/2YJ4XzQ Instagram: https://instagram.com/free.documentary/ Facebook: https://bit.ly/2QfRxbG Twitter: https://bit.ly/2QlwRiI ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ #FreeDocumentary #Documentary #FatalForecast ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Free Documentary is dedicated to bringing high-class documentaries to you on YouTube for free with the latest camera equipment used by well-known filmmakers working for famous production studios. 🇩🇲 Beautiful Waterfall in Dominica Jacko Falls #shorts
A quick stop to Jacko Falls in Dominica, a truly magical experience. A short hike down wooden platforms through the rainforest and all of a sudden a truly dreamy landscape with a crystal blue pool of water and a waterfall jetting from a wall of green into it. Small fish and incredible scenery surrounded me and it was probably one of the most beautiful serene moments I can remember! This was filmed in October of 2022 on my recent trip to Dominica. The Northern Cardinal Bird | #ScenicHunter | #shorts #cardinalbird #notherncardinalbird #birds The northern cardinal is a beautiful mid-size songbird found in Southern Canada, throughout the eastern United States from Maine to Minnesota to Texas and South through Mexico, Belize and Guatemala. This beautiful bird is also known as the red bird, red cardinal, common Cardinal or just cardinal. Cardinals got their names because of their colour. The bird is named “cardinal” due to the brilliant red feathers of the male birds reminding people of the red robes and hats worn by Cardinals of the Catholic Church. #shorts #short_video #scenichunter Follow Us On – Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Scenichunter Pinterest: https://www.pinterest.com/scenichunterofficial/_created/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/scenichunterofficial/ Thanks for watching! Wild Galapagos - Part 2: Trapped in Paradise | Wildlife Documentary Watch 'Wild Galapagos - Part 1' here: https://youtu.be/zDC-M0iCT8E The Galapagos Islands – a small archipelago in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Its volcanic origins, predominant sparse vegetation and the extreme climatic conditions from the Tropics make survival a real challenge. Despite all these circumstances, these islands are in fact home to many of our planet’s most unusual creatures. The English naturalist Charles Darwin developed his theory of evolution by observing them. We know today why there are so many odd animals on the Galapagos Islands and that they did not certainly come voluntarily: most are actually shipwrecked or stranded by storms or strong ocean currents. On this way, the Humboldt Current brought penguins to the Galapagos from Antarctica. In order to survive on these islands, the tuxedo-wearers managed to modify their bodies over the millennia. The Galapagos penguin is not just the only penguin capable of surviving in the Tropics; it is also the smallest penguin on earth. Barely larger than a duck, it is only through this miniaturisation that it has been able to withstand the tropical temperatures. A similar evolutionary masterstroke has been witnessed with the Galapagos cormorant: While other cormorants often fly long distances to find fish, their Galapagos counterpart has lost this skill completely. Not only because it has food right on its doorstep in the Galapagos, but especially because it hasn’t any predators from which it needs to flee. Today, the Galapagos cormorant just has short, stubby wings, completely useless for flying. However, everything happens for a reason: its lack of wings makes it extremely streamlined under water. It has also grown increasingly strong and large, enabling it to dive deeper and longer for fish. The Galapagos cormorant is now the world’s largest cormorant. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Subscribe Free Documentary - Nature Channel for free: http://bit.ly/2mFDC3Q Facebook: https://bit.ly/2QfRxbG Twitter: https://bit.ly/2QlwRiI ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ #FreeDocumentaryNature #Documentary #GalapagosIslands ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Free Documentary is dedicated to bring high-class documentaries to you on youtube for free.
