These Pholourie were the tastiest fried dough! Pholourie is an incredible snack food from the Caribbean that is commonly eaten in Trinidad and Tobago as well as in Guyana, and Suriname. It consists of fried, spiced spilt pea and flour dough balls that are very commonly served with chutney. I filmed this video on my recent trip to Trinidad and Tobago in 2021.
