HoneyKiss Mango: The Late-Season Mango You Need in Your Yard!
I just made a video at Zill's High Performance Nursery in Boynton Beach, FL, about late-season mangos. One of the mangos we discussed in the video is HoneyKiss. The full video will be out soon, but I wanted to share this quick short to show you just how amazing this mango is. Even before today's video, it has been one of my favorite mangos in my yard. If you don't already have a HoneyKiss Mango Tree, you should get one now—after my video, they’ll sell out everywhere fast! Here is what Tropical Acres Farms website has to say about the HoneyKiss Mango https://www.tropicalacresfarms.com/product-page/honey-kiss Honey Kiss was a Keitt seedling from the breeding program of Gary Zill in Boynton Beach, FL (planting number 43-26). It was originally going to be discarded before being rescued by his brother Walter Zill, who found the trees to be very productive at his property and gave it the name "Honey Kiss". Sometimes it is spelled with one word (Honeykiss) The fruit are small-to-medium sized, yellow developing some pink blush near maturity. The flesh is yellow, firm, fiberless, and in the classic-flavor group, with nice sweet flavor and have proven quite popular. The seed is small and polyembryonic. We've found the tree to be a slow, low-vigour grower with a spreading growth habit. Most of the Honey Kiss trees we've planted have behaved as dwarf trees, but a couple exceptions have grown as moderately vigorous trees. They have been extremely disease resistant for us, including possessing excellent resistance to mango bacterial black spot and powdery mildew. Honey Kiss is a late-season mango ripening between late-July and August in West Palm Beach.

The Stream - Ecosystem in Jeopardy | Nature Documentary Watch ' Magical Moors - A Mysterious World Full of Life' here: https://youtu.be/LxYT7QMT_pA Whether it's a rushing mountain stream, a shady forest stream, or a peacefully meandering lowland stream, all streams share something in common - the crowns of the trees that stand along the water's edge touch with their branches. And there's something else that almost all streams have in common: their inhabitants are in decline. Studies show that in 94% of flowing waters, the community of native animal species no longer exists. What has happened? And what comes next? This film showcases the diversity of the animal inhabitants of our streams, introduces their way of life, and explains their significance to the stream ecosystem. The protagonists of the film are the bullhead - a fish with a very specific "eating disorder," the fire salamander, and the rare stone crayfish - whose shell fluoresces. The film follows an ideal and typical stream from its source to its mouth and describes three very different disasters that the delicate habitat experiences throughout the year. This film also documents the factors responsible for only one in a thousand streams in Germany being considered intact and what needs to be done to save our small flowing waters. Moksgm’ol – The Quest for the Spirit Bear | Go Wild
A forest that lives off fish, a white bear that is not a polar bear, and wolves that feed off the ocean… Canada’s Great Bear Rain Forest is a strange and pristine world, a land that time almost forgot. The awe-inspiring northern coastline of British Columbia with its great fjords that rival those in Norway, is the habitat of numerous species and the scene for the amazing co-existence of wolves, ravens, salmon, bears and a mystical rainforest, whose lives are intricately intertwined… This picturesque part of the earth is a complexly interwoven ecosystem, which scientists have yet to fully understand. But its astounding biological productivity and the adjoining waters have helped the conservation of a true miracle in this incomparable, temperate rain forest: The Spirit Bear. Legend has it that Raven - the creator, gave white fur to one out of ten black bears, as a memento of the time when the earth was still covered with ice more than 10, 000 years ago. To the native Tsimshian of the Gitga’at community the Moksgm’ol, or the Spirit Bear, symbolizes the spirit of the rain forest. Their dances and stories will guide us on our quest for the mysterious white bear. The best way to explore and discover the full dimension of the Great Bear Rain Forest is by boat. This is what a group of scientists and experts decide to do. Marven Robinson, one of the local pathfinders from the Gitga’at community has spent all his life here and knows the area around the islands by heart. He knows the secret places of Spirit Bears so he decides to walk. We follow both, the group and Marven, to gain exclusive insight from the inside and the outside. With the aid of high-speed technology, underwater cameras and a polecam, we take the viewer on a journey to the mysterious world of the Spirit Bear, from a variety of different perspectives.
