World's Most Brutal Cartel | Mexico: The Sinaloa Connection | Free Documentary Mexico City - Life and Death in the Metropolis of Chaos: https://youtu.be/s-s6eJ0vu3g Jason Fox delves into the shadowy world of the Sinaloan Cartel, widely regarded as the most powerful and dangerous drug organization on the planet. Gaining extraordinary access to its inner workings, Jason steps into a multi-billion dollar criminal empire where his safety depends entirely on the goodwill of cartel members. As Jason witnesses the cartel’s influence over communities and its evasion of international law enforcement, he confronts the stark realities of a world fueled by greed, fear, and desperation. This episode not only exposes the brutal machinery of the cartel but also raises profound questions about the cost of the global drug trade—both for those who profit from it and the countless lives it destroys. From remote drug labs hidden deep in the mountains to bustling urban centers where cartel operations blend seamlessly into everyday life, Jason follows the intricate web of power, corruption, and violence that keeps the Sinaloan Cartel at the top of the global narcotics trade. Through candid conversations with cartel insiders, he uncovers the human stories behind this deadly enterprise—foot soldiers risking their lives for survival, traffickers devising ingenious smuggling methods, and enforcers wielding ruthless power to maintain order and control. This documentary was first shown on Netflix and Prime in 2019. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Subscribe to Free Documentary Channel for free: https://bit.ly/2YJ4XzQ Instagram: https://instagram.com/free.documentary/ Facebook: https://bit.ly/2QfRxbG ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ #FreeDocumentary #Documentary #sinaloa ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Free Documentary is dedicated to bringing you high-class documentaries on YouTube for free with the latest camera equipment used by well-known filmmakers working for famous production studios. Marseille’s police and specialized units target the city's 200 drug sales points, some earning up to €100,000 daily. In the first half of 2021 alone, authorities arrested 8,000 traffickers, 60% of whom were armed with deadly weapons. In Marseille, a brutal gang war rages over control of the lucrative drug trade, which generates over €30 million per month and infiltrates the local economy through money laundering and investments in real estate, luxury boutiques, and other sectors. The northern neighborhoods have become crime strongholds, run by gangs operating with corporate-like structures but marked by deadly violence that claims both gang members and innocent lives. Gang Capital of the World | Port-au-Prince: A City Held Hostage | Free Documentary Narcos in Paradise - Los Cabos: https://youtu.be/obIDd6SmgWg In Port-au-Prince, nearly three million people are living in the grips of all-out gang war. The filmmakers spent a fortnight filming in and around the Haitian capital, speaking to a population held hostage by this drawn-out crisis. Gangs now control more than 80% of the city and their notorious spokesman Jimmy Chérizier, also known as “Barbecue”, told our team they’re not counting on laying down their weapons any time soon. “We demand to be at the negotiating table,” he said from his stronghold in the slums of lower Port-au-Prince, “If not, we will continue to fight.” Barbecue is the frontman of a powerful alliance of the capital’s gangs called Viv Ansamn. Instead of fighting each other, the armed groups have united and turned their firepower on the state, forcing prime minister Ariel Henry to resign during an overseas trip in March 2024. Today, the gangs wield considerable economic and military leverage. They control most of Port-au-Prince’s seafront and therefore the zones surrounding its strategically located ports. Haiti relies heavily on imports, shipping in more than 50% of its food – a figure shocking for a country with an abundance of fertile land. Many Haitians blame corrupt, ultra-wealthy elites for nurturing the situation and building up vast family fortunes via monopolies on the trade in staple goods. “At first, some businessmen used youths and bandits to attack rivals, pillage and set fire to the businesses of those they didn’t want to deal with and kidnap competitors. But since then, the gangs have become more structured and more powerful, in most cases, they’ve turned against their former masters.” In the lower shantytowns of Port-au-Prince, the bastions of the gangs, thousands of people are staying put, unable or unwilling to flee. Murders, kidnappings, fires and worse are common and no end to the crisis seems in sight. This documentary was first broadcast on France24 in June/July 2024. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Subscribe to Free Documentary Channel for free: https://bit.ly/2YJ4XzQ Instagram: https://instagram.com/free.documentary/ Facebook: https://bit.ly/2QfRxbG ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ #FreeDocumentary #Documentary #haiti ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Free Documentary is dedicated to bringing you high-class documentaries on YouTube for free with the latest camera equipment used by well-known filmmakers working for famous production studios. At almost 3000 metres it is the highest passable road in the Great Caucasus. It winds its way up dizzyingly steep slopes. On wild paths, it leads through a fascinating landscape. It is a voyage of discovery into a mighty mountain world. 00:51:50 Bangladesch In this episode, we follow the thousands of Bangladeshi muslims making the six hour pilgrimage to Dhaka. Traveling on a hugely hot and overcrowded train, some choose to find space on the roof. Ducking bridges and trying not to slip off, countless people have fallen to their deaths. “If you die, no one cares and you are eaten by the dogs.” 01:34:23 Indonesia It is one of the wildest roads in Asia: the Trans Sulawesi Highway and snakes through Indonesia's fourth-largest island, taking people to spectacular destinations. To beautiful beaches, turbulent cities, or unique primeval forests. If you want to drive on the highway, you need strong nerves: it is loud, crowded, confusing, and sometimes dangerous. 02:25:55 Burundi The racing cyclists of Burundi have a dangerous job. But it’s a vital one for Burundi’s economy. Bicycles are the main means of transportation in one of the smallest countries in Africa. Warlord City | Somalia: Survival in the World’s Most Dangerous Place | Free Documentary (2019) Modern Pirates - Fear on the High Seas: https://youtu.be/phj2EkNbO80 Somalia has the perfect ecosystem for endless war: European mercenaries, pirates, Al Qaeda jihadists, weapon smugglers, drought and hunger. An absurd, anarchic reality where warlords will switch allegiances to gain security and stability, for profit and perhaps for religious conviction. We meet with one of ‘good’ warlords whose troop of mercenaries are working for the local government for now. His militia was the only one that could win the Islamists from Al Shabab, but in Somalia, loyalty is with the clan and not with the State. Then, we venture into one of the refugee camps for the internally displaced, the result of an exodus that has displaced almost two million Somalis. With the highest child mortality rate in the world – Islamists prohibited vaccinations as they considered them part of a Western conspiracy – to add to their troubles, alongside war, hunger, disease and the threat of kidnap – Somalia can be considered the most dangerous country in the world. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Subscribe to Free Documentary Channel for free: https://bit.ly/2YJ4XzQ Instagram: https://instagram.com/free.documentary/ Facebook: https://bit.ly/2QfRxbG ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ #FreeDocumentary #Documentary #somalia ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Free Documentary is dedicated to bringing you high-quality documentaries on YouTube for free with the latest camera equipment used by well-known filmmakers working for famous production studios. Pirate Gangs of Asia: World's Deadliest Waters | Philippines & Indonesia | Free Documentary Gang Capital of the World - Port-au-Prince: https://youtu.be/3dWWgYmH2G4 South-East Asia’s maritime superhighways are vital to global trade, with thousands of vessels transporting sought-after commodities and connecting Asia’s growing cities to the world. However, these waters remain plagued by crime syndicates, pirate gangs, and terror groups. Pirate Coasts: Terror on Asia’s Seas explores two piracy hotspots: the Malacca Strait, a key global shipping lane, and the Sulu and Celebes Sea, infamous for militant piracy. In the Southern Philippines, the extremist group Abu Sayyaf, tied to Al-Qaeda and ISIS, has terrorized these waters with kidnappings, piracy, and gun trafficking. The film recounts the ordeal of German sailor Jürgen Kantner, kidnapped and killed by the group, and investigates counterterrorism efforts to dismantle their operations. In Indonesia, piracy thrives in the Malacca and Singapore Straits, where organized crime syndicates exploit narrow shipping lanes to target vessels. The film examines how rapid industrialization and migration in coastal regions have driven communities into the hands of these criminal networks. From the motivations of modern pirates to the efforts to combat their operations, this film delves into the dark underbelly of Asia’s seas. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Subscribe to Free Documentary Channel for free: https://bit.ly/2YJ4XzQ Instagram: https://instagram.com/free.documentary/ Facebook: https://bit.ly/2QfRxbG ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ #FreeDocumentary #Documentary #pirates ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Free Documentary is dedicated to bringing you high-class documentaries on YouTube for free with the latest camera equipment used by renown filmmakers working for renown production studios. World's Deadliest Roads | Sierra Nevada: Interstate 80 | Free Documentary World's Deadliest Roads - Argentina's La Ruta Del Diablo: https://youtu.be/LA6hn-qnJw0 In the west of the United States, the Sierra Nevada Mountains stretch from New Mexico to Canada. One road in particular crosses them: Interstate 80, which is one of the most dangerous in the country. The extreme weather conditions make the mountain ranges particularly difficult to navigate. In winter, blizzards and snowstorms quickly render the roads impassable. To assist with this, roadside professionals like Joey work around the clock. Another group of dedicated individuals in the region is the firefighters from Station 97. Among them are Jameson and Nathan. Situated right in the heart of the mountain range and covering an area of 1,600 km, they must be ready to respond to situations that are as perilous as they are varied. However, their missions would be impossible without the support of the California Department of Transportation. At the head of the local branch is Pete Labrance, who is responsible for closing the roads in the event of heavy snowfall. Despite the extreme conditions, there are those who will brave any danger to get as close as possible to hazardous areas. These are the storm chasers. The Rockies are one of their favorite hunting grounds. Like Tod and his son Michael, long-time enthusiasts, many of them get behind the wheel as soon as heavy snowfalls are announced in the region. Their aim is to capture the shot that will be seen around the world. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Subscribe to Free Documentary Channel for free: https://bit.ly/2YJ4XzQ Instagram: https://instagram.com/free.documentary/ Facebook: https://bit.ly/2QfRxbG ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ #FreeDocumentary #Documentary #argentinia ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Free Documentary is dedicated to bringing you high-class documentaries on YouTube for free with the latest camera equipment used by well-known filmmakers working for famous production studios. World's Deadliest Roads | Argentina: La Ruta Del Diablo | Free Documentary World’s Most Dangerous Roads - Mali, Siberia, Norway & India: https://youtu.be/NDOmVVV4xu8 Argentina is one of the most dangerous countries for drivers, with over 6,000 road fatalities in 2021. Route 40, the country’s longest and most treacherous road, spans 5,000 km along the Andes, linking the north and south. Known as the “Devil’s Road,” it is plagued by dilapidated infrastructure, unpaved sections, and hazardous drivers who engage in speeding, reckless overtaking, and illegal motorcycle races called “Picadiña.” These factors contribute to 15,000 accidents per year—nearly 50 daily. Adding to the danger, many vehicles are unroadworthy, with one in three cars operating with faulty brakes, broken lights, or other issues. Without a mandatory roadworthiness check, unsafe cars are commonplace. Additionally, 20% of drivers lack licenses, a staggering figure compared to safer countries. Police efforts to enforce road safety face resistance, corruption, and noncompliance, while volunteer firefighters, like the Bomberos in Mendoza, are the first responders to accidents. Despite limited resources, they save lives with the support of French firefighters, who provide them with equipment, training, and expertise. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Subscribe Free Documentary Channel for free: https://bit.ly/2YJ4XzQ Instagram: https://instagram.com/free.documentary/ Facebook: https://bit.ly/2QfRxbG ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ #FreeDocumentary #Documentary #argentinia ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Free Documentary is dedicated to bringing high-class documentaries to you on YouTube for free with the latest camera equipment used by well-known filmmakers working for famous production studios. With an altitude difference of more than 1,000 metres between the top and the bottom of the city, it's hard to keep your heart rate down, as going anywhere involves a steep slope and  hundreds of steps. Another surprising fact: La Paz is the only city where the poor live in the higher part of town and look down on the rich neighbourhoods below.
