More than 60,000 people have fled the conflict in Ethiopia’s Tigray region to seek refuge in neighbouring Sudan. Some of them have become refugees for the second time in less than 30 years. This is a tale of 70-year-old Gebregziabher Haileslasie - who returned to the Um-raquba refugee camp which he left 27 years ago - and Mulgeta Berhe, who has returned to the Tunyadbah refugee camp in Sudan where he was born and raised. The World Trade Organization has appointed Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala as its new director-general - making her the first woman and first African to hold the role. Dr Okonzo-Ijeawala served as Nigeria's finance minister and worked for 25 years as a specialist in development economics at the World Bank. She says she can be a "clear set of eyes" for the global trade body. Africa Eye investigates an unsolved murder of a sex worker in Sierra Leone and uncovers a world where women who sell sex are often abused, attacked, trafficked, and even killed. In the city of Makeni, a group of sex workers, led by a woman called Lady P, are on a mission to fight for justice and to improve their rights. Although sex work is not illegal in the country, these women are seen as immoral outcasts and receive little support from the government or society. The youth of Nigeria found their voice in 2020 with the rise of the #EndSARS protests against police brutality. Nicknamed the "Soro Soke" generation - which means "speak up" in Yoruba - they took to the streets across the country for almost two weeks, calling for change. That ended abruptly on 20 October when the army opened fire on peaceful protesters in a wealthy suburb of Lagos. A BBC investigation has found women in the UK, mainly from BAME backgrounds, who travelled to Turkey for cosmetic surgery, were left with life-changing conditions by a company which received positive reviews from a social media influencer in return for free cosmetic procedures. YouTuber Renee Donaldson, who has 159,000 subscribers, has apologised to her followers after she promoted Clinichub - which arranges surgery in Istanbul - but failed to say she was being paid to do so. She cut the relationship after her own surgery was "botched" and left her with lumps on her thighs. Another woman told the BBC part of her breast tissue has died after her reduction surgery went wrong. The BBC has contacted the surgeons and Clinichub's director, Ibrahim Kuzu, however it received no response.
