Contact me at Cheetyx@gmail.com or 1876 450 9733. Thanks for your support Https://PayPal.me/elitejamm Hidden deep in the hills of eastern St. Thomas, Jamaica, lies the quiet community of Rowlandsfield. Many people believe it was once an abandoned settlement, but the reality is far more interesting. In this episode, I travel into Rowlandsfield to uncover its forgotten past. While researching the area, I discovered that very little has been documented about the old plantation. Historical references suggest the estate may have been named after an early owner known as Lord Rowlandsfield, yet the name does not appear on James Robertson's famous 1804 Map of Jamaica. Instead, the property is listed under Hon. Simon Taylor, raising questions about who truly owned or managed the estate during that period. Join me as I explore this little-known community, examine its history, and search for the stories that time has almost erased. 📍 Location: Rowlandsfield, St. Thomas, Jamaica If you enjoyed this video, don't forget to Like, Comment, Share, and Subscribe for more Jamaican history, forgotten places, and community explorations. #Rowlandsfield #StThomasJamaica #Jamaica #JamaicanHistory #HiddenJamaica #ForgottenJamaica #ExploreJamaica #History #PlantationHistory #ColonialJamaica #TravelJamaica #CaribbeanHistory #Documentary #Heritage #adventure Thank you for watching

10 Ancient Structures in the Caribbean No One Can Explain
For more than four thousand years before Columbus, the Caribbean was densely inhabited, and the people who lived here left their record cut and painted into stone. Ball courts aligned to the stars. Caves holding thousands of painted figures. Boulders covered in faces. Most of these places are still standing, and for many of them no one can say what they actually mean. This is a countdown of ten of them, island by island, with the dates, the figures, and the open questions. In this video, we count down all ten: → Fontein Cave in Arikok National Park, Aruba, where Caquetío handprints and geometric shapes were painted across the roof of a limestone cave centuries before European contact → The Carib Stone at Mount Rich and the carvings at Duquesne Bay in Grenada, more than sixty pre-Columbian carvings whose dating is still disputed → The Wingfield and Stone Fort carvings on Saint Kitts, where more than three hundred Taino faces are cut into the sandstone walls of a river gut → The engraved rocks of Trois-Rivières in Guadeloupe, around two hundred and thirty Arawak engravings on twenty-two stones, classified as Historic Monuments in 1974 → The Reef Bay petroglyphs on Saint John in the US Virgin Islands, where who carved them, how old they are, and what they mean are all still argued → Mountain River Cave in Saint Catherine, Jamaica, the largest collection of Taino painted art on the island, with at least one hundred and forty-eight pictographs and a sealed inner chamber → The Pomier Caves in San Cristóbal, Dominican Republic, fifty-five caves holding close to six thousand images, the largest collection of rock art in the Caribbean → Caguana in Utuado, Puerto Rico, the largest pre-Columbian ceremonial site in the West Indies, with court alignments that some researchers link to the equinox and the North Star → The Layou and Buccament carvings on Saint Vincent, including an eight-metre panel of script-like marks that some researchers believe may be an early form of writing And at number one: the caves of Punta del Este on the Isla de la Juventud, Cuba, inside a restricted military zone. Painted by the Ciboney around the year 850, the cave is covered in art, including a ring of 56 concentric circles, 28 red alternating with 28 black, with a single red arrow through the middle. Since the 1960s it has famously been claimed that the cave works as a solar observatory aligned to the equinox, but no independent study has ever confirmed it and Cuban archaeologists today treat the idea with caution. What is not in doubt is that the meaning of the circles remains, in the words of the specialists who have studied them, incomprehensible. TINY LANDS IN THE ENDLESS OCEAN - where the world almost disappears | Travel video
#travelvideo #exploretravel #oceantravel Scattered across the vast Atlantic Ocean are islands that look unlike anywhere else on Earth. Some were shaped by powerful volcanic forces rising from the seafloor, while others are defined by towering sea cliffs, remote coastlines, and landscapes that have evolved in isolation for centuries. In this video, we explore some of the most remarkable Atlantic Islands, revealing places where nature has created extraordinary scenery in the middle of one of the world's largest oceans. Far beyond their postcard views, these islands tell stories of geological change, human adaptation, and cultures shaped by life on the edge of the Atlantic. From rugged peaks emerging directly from the sea to green valleys hidden among windswept coastlines, each destination offers a different perspective on how diverse the Atlantic Islands can be. Their isolation has preserved unique environments, distinctive traditions, and landscapes that continue to surprise even experienced travelers. This journey is not only about beautiful places. It is also about understanding how geography, climate, and the ocean have influenced life across these distant lands. Along the way, you'll discover locations that remain largely unknown to the wider world despite their incredible natural beauty. 00:00 Intro 01:09 South Georgia (United Kingdom) – Icy nature, wildlife 03:09 Madeira (Portugal) – Green volcanic island all year round 05:32 Sable Island (Canada) – Long sand island with wild horses 07:59 Tenerife (Spain) – Highest volcano in Spain 10:19 Greenland (Denmark) – Massive drifting ice, deep fjords 12:40 Ilha Grande (Brazil) – Pristine tropical forest near the sea 14:51 Faroe Islands (Denmark) – Steep cliffs, isolated villages 17:03 Ascension Island (United Kingdom) – Isolated volcanic island in the ocean 19:16 Gran Canaria (Spain) – Desert dunes in the middle of the sea 21:37 Saint Helena (United Kingdom) – Exile island in the ocean 23:49 Fernando de Noronha (Brazil) – Crystal-clear waters, protected ecosystem 25:59 Iceland (Iceland) – Ice and fire coexist 28:23 Newfoundland (Canada) – Cliffs, historic fishing villages 30:39 Príncipe (São Tomé & Príncipe) – Small untouched island with little tourism 32:51 Fuerteventura (Spain) – Strong winds, endless beaches 34:57 Azores (Portugal) – Volcanic lakes and hot springs 36:55 Falkland Islands (United Kingdom) – Windy grasslands, seabirds 398:58 Prince Edward Island (Canada) – Red soil island, gentle coastline 41:18 Cape Verde (Cabo Verde) – Dry volcanic land, African culture 43:44 Skye (United Kingdom) – Rugged rocky terrain, dramatic scenery 45:52 Lanzarote (Spain) – Volcanic landscape like another planet 48:30 Bermuda (United Kingdom) – Pink sand beaches and blue sea 50:37 Outro CODE SOUNDSTRIPE MUSIC: HKWNQTFMKDYU3H0H, LOOXH6P3XLHKPV54, V6KNMI6FMF5LWORG, ASAS1KVFAHFXO9WZ, 1RXII3NGK0PVZYK5, UKXLLHFVAYQ7WBKE, YJQULKIRNJA9OYFI, AWC4D2K7WSTTFQPP, QZGNYIIY08MQPGH9, 6HNKUDSBGQRTXOUL, WDU15URMJFPWHAKB, 2UCFGHNNVL5Z6RXO, IFIRTUQSZWJRACHW, IHUWERFMWZ6FUTIP, XUTFLHGCIQDV6ORE, Z5KQ5JZG95KMBUC2, NF1GBQ0EXFDGAHKJ, STTPGUHIJX7ECFJN, LNV2ISS8DYSJ5NL1, 7FIQGEID1QI54CMN, U4CFH4BSBE8LGVZW, 7YDTJ5WZEODHNMY2, 0C20J5CO25UTJPKG, 5QKOFWLLCGJLEKE9, Y9SEROS1B4RX8BJE, LPIDN0ZG3SLBD3MR, RARJHROPRENYQCAC, JXMRWIAXVODZGNS4, 5DDEL2UHMDAV3WT5, IRXCFUJYGC6IXYYW, SI36DPCMUOFYGYL3

Arizona | The Most Beautiful and Dangerous Wilderness in America | Travel Documentary 4K Hit that subscribe button — it's completely free and really motivates me to create more content: https://www.youtube.com/@PathfindersTravel-YT?sub_confirmation=1 Arizona stretches across 21 extraordinary destinations, from 12th-century cliff dwellings and fossilized forests to canyon slot systems and volcanic plateaus that reveal why this state holds some of the most dramatic terrain on the continent. The journey opens at Montezuma Castle, the 12th-century cliff dwelling carved into a limestone wall above Beaver Creek, then moves into Sedona, where the red rock formations rise hundreds of feet above the valley floor and the Coconino National Forest spreads across the pine-covered plateau above. Flagstaff follows as the film's high-elevation anchor, a city at 7,000 feet surrounded by ponderosa pines and volcanic peaks, before the route reaches Grand Canyon National Park, one of the largest geological features on the continent. North of the canyon, the Vermilion Cliffs rise in layers of orange and white sandstone along the Arizona Strip, leading toward the engineering landmark of Hoover Dam on the Colorado River. Monument Valley delivers the iconic Navajo Nation landscape of sandstone buttes rising from a flat red plain, while Lake Powell stretches across the Utah-Arizona border in a network of flooded canyon arms visible only by water or air. The town of Page serves as the base for exploring the slot canyons of the Colorado Plateau. Canyon de Chelly holds over 5,000 years of human history within its canyon walls, and the Petrified Forest National Park preserves an ancient landscape of fossilized logs and painted badlands. The Superstition Mountains east of Phoenix carry centuries of legend into their jagged ridgelines. In southern Arizona, Tucson anchors a stretch of desert history that includes Chiricahua National Monument — the surreal rock column formations the Apache called the Land of Standing-Up Rocks — Tombstone, and Bisbee, a former copper mining town built into a hillside.
