I found out I was suffering from Anemia after 1 and a half year of intermittent dizziness and none stop headaches, it got so bad that I could not longer function, my fingers and toes started to get numb and I was tired all the time and at nights I couldn't sleep, whenever it was a little chilli i felt like my fingers and toes were freezing and then they would turn blue, I felt at times like I could not breathe, took all of that to happen before I finally decided to go see a doctor, I was taking care of everyone else but had forgotten to take care of my own body, I did ST Scans because the Doctors were trying to find out what was causing my headaches but there was no sign of anything concerning on the scans, I was oredered to do a blood test and that was when I found out I was suffering from Anemia. so I was prescribed Iron pills and that did not work for me at all I became constipated and my body was not absorbing the iron.so
