Aos oito anos de idade ele começou a freqüentar shows, observando nomes como Alton Ellis, Desmond Dekker and The Aces, e Byron Lee and The Dragonaries, um dos fundadores do reggae moderno. Tendo tomado o primeiro prêmio em muitas delas ,viu-se a receber todos os tipos de promessas e abordagens dos produtores. I learn as I go. Today I'm in the front yard of Mango Land deciding what mango tree I'm going to remove and replant somewhere else. I have a Honey Kiss, Juliette, and Tess Pollock mango trees all growing next to each other too close. Of the 3 trees I think I like Honey Kiss the most but it's in the worst spot of the 3 mango trees. Either way, as these trees get bigger at least one will have to move, maybe 2 of them will need to move.
