What would you do to get your favorite snack? These Monkeys here go on an dangerous adventure to get to theirs. Those are Angolan Colobus Monkeys and live here in Nyungwe National Park in Rwanda. They spend most of their day in the canopy of the jungle, munching on leaves. Not the most interesting food, but they love the bark of this tree. Thats Eucalyptus, yeah that signature Koala food - but since the tree grows fast and straight, it is used for timber plantations in Africa. Now since Rwanda is densely populated, the National park is surrounded by agriculture, like tea plantations, and the way to the delicious bark gets more difficult. Normally they travel through the trees, but since there are none, they need to walk there. And they really don’t like the ground. Driver Ants have a painful bite, and don’t let the humans see you.
